Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tryfukulab.com with your order number before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, clean, undamaged and in resalable condition, with all included parts. Opening the packaging to inspect an item is fine. Original packaging is preferred.

You pay the return postage for a change-of-mind return. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, is defective or contains the wrong item. FukuLab covers the remedy through a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind conditions do not prevent a legitimate fault claim.

Include useful photos when available. If you cannot provide photos, contact us so we can help. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
